In MR you almost can't get stuck.ST is definitely far more simulation and closer to reality.īut understandable since MR is available for consoles. You also cannot make road trains like MR as you cannot attach the winch from a rear trailer to the tow bar on a 3rd trailer. There's no cab view the camera sits on the roof of the truck which causes all sorts of disorientation when driving over rough terrain -like toppling over is very common because you can't see the angle of the ground. If you like driving with a pad and operating the crane but having to use a Mouse & keyboard to attach winch to truck then find a suitable point to attach it to as well as waypoints, select trucks on map, select garage, zoom in/out, rotate that's ST for you.

It is after all made for WinXP -see specs.Īs i said right now it's broken and ruined by someone who probably left very angry and Oovee is apparently got someone working on it -from the community- to try and fix the broken code etc. It's now showing it's age along with a very bad (lack) customer support and it will either run or wont, as can be read on this page. ST was a brilliant game for it's time and was the one that Pavel created. Sound in ST is superb but the trucks are limited and don't what ever you do "alt+Tab" (minimise) the game otherwise you will corrupt all your game saves and have to start again.
Certainly if you like 2 steps forward and 10 back.
